We're pleased to share that entrustIT has been shortlisted in two categories at the Surrey Business Awards 2026: Large Business of the Year and Best Customer Service.
Being recognised in both is particularly satisfying, because the two go hand in hand for us. We've grown by looking after the clients we already have and letting that reputation do much of the work.
We've been trading since 2006, and our growth has come from investing in our people and our service rather than chasing size for its own sake. That growth has been steady year on year, and it has included welcoming DWM Technical Solutions into the business.
DWM brings physical security, AV and connectivity expertise alongside our IT and security services. As a converged technology provider, that means clients with multiple sites can come to one team for all of it, rather than managing several suppliers.
Our aim is to be the one team clients rely on for their technology, and that clear sense of direction has shaped how we've grown.
Good service is what we're proudest of. As a managed service provider, customer service and customer success are a vital part of our business, and many of our clients have been with us for years. We also hold ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, which we're audited against every year.
Jeff Dodd, Group CEO, said: "While we're a technology business, the centre of our effectiveness is our people. Companies only buy from organisations they trust, and before they can trust you, they have to like you."
Shortlistings like this come down to our team and our clients. Thank you to everyone at entrustIT for the work you put in every day, and to our clients for trusting us with their technology.
Thank you also to Platinum Media Group for organising the awards, in association with Surrey Chambers of Commerce. Thanks as well to DMH Stallard, who sponsor Large Business of the Year, and to Surrey Business Magazine, who sponsor Best Customer Service.
The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 19th November 2026 at G Live in Guildford. We're looking forward to the evening!
