On Thursday 9th July, entrustIT was named Managed Service Provider of the Year at the Thames Valley Tech & Innovation Awards 2026. The judges said we impressed them with our technical expertise, customer focus and consistently high standards of service delivery.
Hosted by The Business Magazine in partnership with Insider and now in their eighth year, the awards cover a huge spread of the region's technology sector, from software and cloud through to AI, fintech and life sciences. Coming out on top of the MSP category, in a field that competitive, is not something we take lightly.
It also marks a second win in two years, following our Tech SME of the Year win in 2025. This year's category looks at the full picture of the managed service we provide: our technical expertise, how we look after our customers, and how consistently we deliver. Winning it says the part of the business our customers rely on every day is performing at the highest level in the region.
Thomas Dodd, Commercial Director at entrustIT, said: "This is the award I most wanted us to win, because it comes down to how you actually run services for real customers over a full year. Nigel Lomas and Ian Roworth collected the award on behalf of the team at a ceremony at the Hilton Reading Hotel, surrounded by some of the most ambitious technology businesses in the Thames Valley.
