Jeff and Matthew Dodd started entrust IT with a vision. That vision was to change the way people interact with technology and to remodel our working world. By offering businesses of all sizes the opportunity to leverage complex cloud technology.
Both Matthew and Jeff came from a background in insurance and when they grew tired of working in a large organisation, they decided to assimilate the knowledge they picked up through the years and assemble their own, new company with the goal of delivering the sort of complex IT solutions that were for too long our of reach of SME', and so, entrust IT was born.
entrust IT was built with a set of values in mind, 16+ years on we still stand by them and we feel these continue to be shown in our interactions with our customers and partners
Trust
Being one of our most essential values we went as far as adding it to our businesses. Since our inception and even more so, IT has solidified itself as the backbone of almost all businesses. To be able to successfully control our partner's IT infrastructure and hand it over to us, it's critical that you trust that partner. Every business is different and therefore every business requires a different approach. By saying ‘yes’ when we could and ‘no’ when we should, we ensured that our customers have complete faith that we have their best interests at heart.
Reliability
Our Managed Services infrastructure is built from the ground up to be resilient. Every decision we made whilst in its design and build was in order to provide a reliable service. The result? We have had 99.99% uptime since 2006. We want our services to be invisible & that’s the approach we take with every solution we offer, from the smallest product or service to a complete managed service – it has to just work. 24x7 - or we won’t offer it.
Friendliness
We want to be efficient of course, but not at the expense of that personal touch, so we pride ourselves on offering a friendly service, without jargon or unnecessary complexity, We choose our support team primarily for their communication skills. Fairness
We want our costs to be fair, which is why we charge based on what you use. We bring enterprise-grade technology infrastructure to organisations with 20+ users and we do it by sharing our high investment expenses across a large pool of customers. We keep our contracts simple and our billing transparent, you simply pay for your IT on a per-user, per-month basis, scaling up and down as you need.
The entrust IT Group is structured in such a way so as to avoid the aforementioned compromises. We recognise that clients love dealing with a local team of account managers and engineers, so we created a growing network of small offices placed in strategic locations across the UK. These offices act as a ‘quick reaction force’, able to resolve issues rapidly and look after you carefully.
As the network grows, so do our economies of scale. Investment in infrastructure centrally means each of our teams have access to the best in remote monitoring, CRM, and deployment tools. These are tools that allow our support to be proactive, spotting warning signs before your hardware develops faults.

The location of our Bournemouth office is located only 10 miles away from Bournemouth, which is the fastest growing are for technology in the UK. This is our head office and houses our senior management team, a large portion of our support and sales team and our marketing department, located wonderfully close to the new forest and the 6th best beach in Europe we love where we work.
Entrust IT, was the foundation for our dream to give SMEs the technology they need to succeed. This is where we first built our subscription-model data-centre facility and obtained our first customers.

Founded in 1997 as MLJ Creative Technology, entrust Creative Technology exists to provide businesses in Hampshire and Dorset with professional, no-nonsense IT support.
After rebranding as entrust Creative Technology, the company continues to provide expert IT support across the South. Too many IT companies just want to sell you a service. Tiva IT Solutions - Joined 2017 - Location: Farnham, Surrey

Tiva began trading in 2007 by a group of IT industry professionals intent on offering businesses in their local area with an option for outsourcing their IT headaches without compromising on professionalism and quality.
Early on during the start of entrust IT we learnt that businesses appreciate the feel of a local company, as we expanded, we drive to keep this feel on a national scale and with Tiva also understanding the importance of keeping that feeling they seemed to be the perfect partner to help us expand our helping hand.
We’ve seen IT services go from an avoidable luxury to a mandatory need and having a company that focuses on supporting their clients through services such as a technical account manager and remote support desk, has allowed us to develop a close long-lasting relationship with our clients, assisting them when they need help fixing issues and proactively monitoring for threats before they ever cause damage.
Serval Systems - Joined 2019 - East Grinstead
Serval IT Systems was founded in 2003 by a team of senior IT professionals. Over their (long) careers, our leadership team had seen it all, and learned a lot. They decided that they would take what they had learned through their time in the IT industry and build an IT Managed Service Provider that truly delivers.
