entrustIT completes the acquisition of DWM Technical Solutions Ltd

Ringwood, UK – Monday, 1st December 2025 — entrustIT, a multi-award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP), has completed the acquisition of DWM Technical Solutions, a respected IT and security systems integrator based in Bedford. The move forms part of entrustIT’s ongoing national expansion strategy to build a strong physical presence in every major UK region.

The acquisition, which sees entrustIT take 100% ownership of DWM Technical Solutions, will extend the group’s regional coverage and add new capabilities in electrical, security, AV, and smart building solutions — areas that are increasingly converging with IT infrastructure and managed services. DWM Technical Solutions will continue to operate under its existing brand for the time being, ensuring continuity for staff and clients.
