entrustIT shortlisted in Central South Business Awards 2025

entrustIT are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted in the 'Best Customer Service Award' at the Central South Business Awards 2025. The Central South Business Awards recognise high achieving businesses in Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, West Sussex, and Dorset.

With three offices in this region, we are thrilled to be recognised for our commitment to our local area.

The Best Customer Service Award recognises a business that exceeds customer expectations in all areas of the business by providing the very highest level of customer service. As a Managed Service Provider, customer service and customer success is a vital part of our business. In 2025, entrustIT's service team have achieved a customer satisfaction score of 96%.

This news follows on from the exciting news of being shortlisted in four categories at the Thames Valley Tech & Innovation Awards 2025 which, in-turn follows a highly successful year for the company - exceeding all targets for revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction in 2024/5. 

The winners of the Central South Business Awards will be announced at a gala awards evening at the Leonardo Royal Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton on 2nd July 2025.
